Chapter 6: commonalities and variations


  •  There was an uneven distribution of humans in domesticated animals especially in the Americas and Africa.  Americas lacked animals for domestication well Africa important animals.  There were agriculture revolution it’s a complex his ideas for the similarities of these continents.  Writing was also limited in the Americas to Mesoamerica it was highly developed among the Maya.  Africa interacted with Eurasia while the Americas were cut off from your ways it in Africa. 
  •  Africa had no common culture identity in the pre-modern era and was the most distinctive.  As Africa was the most tropical continent it meant that the claimant affected soil’s and a poor manner and there were less production of agriculture.  On top of that there were more diseases I’m on insects and parasites that had a huge effect on the population. 
  •  The section about Africa was interesting to me because most of the diseases like Ebola is still common in Africa today and these parasites seem to kill more and more people.
